What is the turnaround time for Wash & Fold laundry?
Drop off your wash & fold laundry before 11:00 AM on weekdays (Monday – Friday), and it will be ready for pickup after 6:00 PM the very same day. Weekend drop-offs are ready the next business day.
How does Wash & Fold pricing work?
Orders 10 lbs and under are charged at a flat base rate ($17.50 cash / $18.07 credit). Weight above 10 lbs is charged at our standard per-pound rate ($1.75/lb cash / $1.81/lb credit). We recommend lighter loads for the freshest scent, cleanest wash, and fastest drying turnaround.
How long does dry cleaning take?
Standard dry cleaning orders are ready the day after tomorrow by 6:00 PM (e.g. drop off Monday → ready Wednesday at 6 PM). Each garment undergoes thorough stain pre-treatment, gentle solvent cleaning, and custom hand finishing.
What is the difference between Wash & Press and Dry Cleaning for dress shirts?

Wash & Press (Laundered Shirts): The shirt is machine-washed in water and pressed damp on high-temperature commercial tension presses. This is ideal and most economical for regular 100% cotton business shirts with crisp collars and cuffs.

Dry Cleaning: Uses a gentle water-free solvent process. This is best for silk, linen, rayon, dark fabrics prone to color fading, or shirts labeled Dry Clean Only.

What shirt starch and packaging options do you offer?
We offer your choice of starch (no starch, light, medium, or heavy). Shirts can be returned on hangers ($4.25 cash) or folded in boxes ($5.25 cash) for easy travel and storage.
Do you do alterations and fittings on-site?
Yes! Our tailor handles pant hems, waist adjustments, jacket sleeve alterations, dress adjustments, zipper repairs, and custom fittings. Drop by during store hours to get fitted.
